In a post-COVID world, a comprehensive digital strategy reflecting both an increasingly consumer-focused care dynamic and the rise in value based care will make the difference between your organization’s success and dire financial straits. Those providers that can leverage technology to make access to care easier, more personal, and timelier will be better equipped to win back consumer confidence and offset disruptor advancement. It’s not enough to scale up telehealth and provide virtual visits, these new access points must become a seamless part of the digital front door, forming a truly comprehensive digital experience and strategy.
