I recently sat down with healthmanagement.org to provide an overview of imaging policies that contribute to health inequity and solutions to ensure treatment decisions are free from bias and the radiology workforce is more diverse and equitable.

During the recent 2021 ACR Annual Meeting, I unveiled a new group that is designed to support radiologists who push to address health disparities in research, advocacy efforts, artificial intelligence development, and medical student recruitment.
